As a gastroenterologist, Dr. Ravella offers an integrative approach to patient care with a focus on optimizing nutrition. She is interested in the interactions among food, the microbiome, and the immune system, with particular attention to the potential of nutritional therapy to prevent and treat disease. She speaks and writes regularly on food, health, and wellness and has authored articles for a variety of national print and broadcast media.

Danielle Staub has an extensive background in nutrition counseling and advanced training and experience in working with patients with a wide range of digestive diseases. Ms. Staub has been featured in multiple publications, including authoring a chapter in Obesity Care and Bariatric Surgery and articles for U.S. News & World Report and Weight Watchers International. Ms. Staub completed her Dietetic Residency and received her Masters in Clinical Nutrition at New York University.
