Intraductal Anatomical Mapping of Mastectomy Specimens with Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS) to Confirm the Sick Lobe Hypothesis

By studying mastectomy specimens with DCIS, we hope to delineate breast ductal anatomy, gain a better understanding of ductal layout, and fundamentally impact management and treatment of breast disease.

Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria)

Inclusion

Women diagnosed with DCIS and scheduled to undergo a mastectomy.

Exclusion

Patients scheduled for a nipple sparing mastectomy, diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, or with breast implants.
