By Car
From Northern New Jersey, Westchester, the Bronx, and other points north and west of Manhattan and Queens, use the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge to take Grand Central Pkwy to exit 9E for NY25A E. Once you have merged, turn left onto Northern Blvd, then left onto Prince St and left onto 38th Ave, where you will see Columbia Liver Asian Outreach Office on your right.
From Long Island, take I-495 W to the Cross Island Pkwy, then use exit 36S to merge onto the Whitestone Expwy. Exit toward Linden Place and then go left on College Point Blvd, left on 36th Rd, right on Prince St, and finally, left onto 38th Ave. Columbia Liver Asian Outreach Office will be on your right.
From points south and east, take the Brooklyn Queens Expwy East to the Grand Central Pkwy and then exit 9E for NY25A E/Northern Blvd. Turn left on Prince St and then left onto 38th Ave. Columbia Liver Asian Outreach Office will be on your right.

- The first Monday of every month, from 9am to 1pm
