Phase II Preopertaive Extended Chemotherapy vs. Chemotherapy Plus Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy for Borderline Resectable Adenocarcinoma of the Head of the Pancreas
Are you Eligible? (Inclusion Criteria)
Inclusion Criteria:
- Radiographic reading of borderline resectable disease
- No prior chemo or radiation for pancreatic cancer
Exclusion Criteria:
- Taking strong CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers
- Neuropathy grade 2 or greater
- Homozygosity for UGAT1A1*28
- Grade 3 or higher gastric ulcer disease within 28 days of study registration
