Columbia’s Vascular Surgery Section, from the Division of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, is dedicated to leading the field of vascular and endovascular surgery through top-quality clinical care, academic excellence, and pioneering research.

Patient Care

Columbia’s Vascular Division is dedicated to diagnosing and treating the full range of non-cardiac vascular disorders, including specialized care for aortic disease, vein disease, diabetes-related vascular disorders, and more. We have extensive experience in both traditional surgical treatments and in cutting-edge, minimally invasive therapies. Our primary locations within Manhattan draw patients from around the globe, while our Westchester offices serve the surrounding region and our Eastern Vascular office in the Bronx brings top-level care to a community practice setting. In the direst moment during the peak of COVID-19, our surgical residents developed a 24/7 task force overnight. Anything, anywhere in the hospital, call SWAT and they were there. This is that story.
